Terms & Conditions of Service Airport Transfer Up “ LOUNGE CAB”
1. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Unless otherwise specified, the following definitions apply:
- “Transport Services“: Shuttle and taxi services between airports, hotels, private addresses, and other destinations, provided by Airport Transfer Up (trading as Lounge Cab).
- “Customer”: Any individual or entity booking a service via the website, app, or phone.
- “Booking”: A contract between the Customer and Airport Transfer Up for the provision of transport services.
- “Vehicle”: Any vehicle used to provide the Transport Services, compliant with safety and comfort standards.
- “Site”: The official website of Airport Transfer Up (e.g., www.airporttransferup.com).
- “Confirmation”: An email or SMS sent to the Customer after payment validation and booking confirmation.
2. INTRODUCTION TO AIRPORT TRANSFER UP (LOUNGE CAB)
Airport Transfer Up, operating under the trade name Lounge Cab, is a company specializing in private transport and airport shuttle services. We operate as a direct service provider, not as an intermediary.

3. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Transport Services provided by Airport Transfer Up. By making a booking, the Customer fully accepts these terms.
4. BOOKING
4.1 Required Information
To make a booking, the Customer must provide the following information:
- Full name
- Flight number (if applicable)
- Pickup time and location
- Destination address
- Number of passengers
- Number and size of luggage
- Contact details (phone and email)
Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Payment validation.
- Receipt of a confirmation email or SMS.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 Transparency and Quotation
- All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include taxes (VAT included).
- The price includes:
- Customer pickup.
- Real-time flight tracking (for airport transfers).
- A free waiting period (see Section 6: Waiting Time).
5.2 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Excessive waiting time.
- Oversized or extra luggage.
- Route changes during the trip.
- Late-night/early-morning services.
5.3 Payment Methods
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, secure online payment.
- No commission fees are charged by Airport Transfer Up.
6. WAITING TIME
6.1 At the Airport (Arrival):
- 45 minutes of free waiting after the flight lands.
- Beyond this: 10 EUR per 15-minute increment.
6.2 For Pickups (Departure):
- 15 minutes of free waiting.
- Beyond this: 10 EUR per 15-minute increment.
If the Customer does not show up after the free waiting time, it is considered a “no-show,” and the booking becomes non-refundable.
7. FLIGHT MONITORING
- Airport Transfer Up monitors flights in real-time to adjust pickup times in case of delays.
- The Customer must immediately inform Airport Transfer Up of any flight changes. Failure to do so may result in the unavailability of the service.
8. LUGGAGE
- Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcase + 1 carry-on bag.
- Oversized or special luggage (e.g., skis, golf clubs, musical instruments) must be declared at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
- The driver may refuse luggage for safety or capacity reasons.
9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

10. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
- Any modification (time, address, passengers, luggage) must be communicated at least 6 hours before pickup.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
11. PASSENGER CONDUCT
Passengers must:
- Respect the driver and the vehicle.
- Wear seatbelts.
- Refrain from smoking or consuming alcohol in the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the Customer.
12. SAFETY
The driver may refuse service if:
- The Customer’s behavior threatens safety.
- The number of passengers exceeds the vehicle’s legal capacity.
- Luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
- No refund will be issued in case of refusal for these reasons.
13. LIABILITY
Airport Transfer Up is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or road incidents.
- Lost or undeclared personal items.
- Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
15. INSURANCE
We recommend that you travel with your own adequate travel insurance, covering your flight tickets, hotel bookings, or other transport services. Airport Transfer Up (Lounge Cab) cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from external events not covered by our professional insurance.
16. OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Airport Transfer Up (Lounge Cab) acts as a direct provider of transport services. We are committed to providing a professional and secure service, but our liability is limited as follows:
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions.
- Strikes, government decisions, pandemics.
- Technical issues or third-party service interruptions (e.g., traffic, road closures).
Vehicle information (photos, models) on our website or app is indicative. The provided vehicle may vary based on availability but will always meet the announced safety and comfort standards.
We cannot guarantee exact travel times, which depend on traffic conditions and other unpredictable factors.
Airport Transfer Up (Lounge Cab) is not liable for lost or forgotten personal items in our vehicles. We encourage you to check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
If there is an issue with the service, please contact us within 3 business days of the trip so we can review your claim.
17. PRIVACY
We place great importance on protecting your personal data. Airport Transfer Up (Lounge Cab) collects only the information necessary to organize and execute your bookings, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Pickup and drop-off locations and times.

18. COMPLAINTS
If you encounter an issue during your trip, we encourage you to:
- Contact the driver immediately to attempt to resolve the issue on-site.
- If the issue persists, notify us within 3 business days of the trip, providing:

- Any useful evidence (photos, message exchanges, etc.).
We will review your complaint and propose a solution (partial refund, credit, or rescheduling) if Airport Transfer Up (Lounge Cab) is at fault.

19. FRAUD AND ABUSE POLICY
